The piece, as made

You can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with its tag, certificate of authenticity and box. We collect it from your address in Egypt free of charge.

Made to your measurements

Made for you alone, so it cannot be returned, but we alter it free of charge until it fits perfectly, within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

• Message us on WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your order number.
• We agree a collection time with you, and our team checks the piece when it arrives.
• We refund within 7 working days of the check: to the same card or wallet, or by InstaPay transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

Exchanges

Because every piece exists once, it cannot be exchanged for another size of the same design. You can return it, or ask for a piece in its spirit made to your measurements.
