Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to every governorate in Egypt; Gulf storefronts open soon.
Timing
A piece as made is prepared and handed to the courier within one working day of your order being confirmed. Arrival depends on your governorate, as in the table below; we show you the dates on the piece page and at checkout. Working days are Saturday to Thursday.
Pieces made to your measurements are ready about six weeks after your measurements are confirmed; we agree the exact date with you.
Fees
The delivery fee for your governorate is shown before you place your order; nothing else is added on delivery.
Inspect before you accept
With cash on delivery, you can open the box with the courier and inspect the piece before you pay. If it is not what you expected, you can decline it; if you paid a deposit, we refund it within seven working days.
Tracking
The courier calls you before arriving to agree a time. The tracking number and link appear on your order page in your account as soon as the piece ships.
