The terms for buying from the JORA online store.
Pieces and prices
Every piece in the store is a single handmade piece, and embroidery may differ slightly from the photographs. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT; the delivery fee for your governorate is added before you place the order.
Holding a piece in your bag
A piece is held in your name for 15 minutes after you add it to your bag, then becomes available to everyone if the order is not completed. The sale is only final once the order is placed.
Payment
We accept cards, mobile wallets and valU instalments through Paymob, InstaPay, Fawry, and cash on delivery. For orders above 20,000 EGP, a 10% deposit is paid online before shipping when you choose cash on delivery. A piece is held for 24 hours while we wait for an InstaPay transfer or Fawry payment.
Made to your measurements
A made-to-measure request is not an order: JORA contacts you to confirm the design, measurements and final price, and no work starts and nothing is charged before you agree.

The shipping and returns policies published on this site apply to every order.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to JORA and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Governing law
