We collect only what we need to deliver your piece, and we protect it.
What we collect
We never see or store your card details; online payments are processed by the Paymob payment gateway.
- Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, when you order or create an account.
- Your measurements, if you send them for a made-to-measure piece.
- Your order history and the pieces you saved to your wishlist.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it, and make pieces to your measurements. We only send marketing emails if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the courier (name, phone and address) and the payment gateway, and only as far as needed to complete your order. We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep your bag, your wishlist and your sign-in. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time by writing to [email protected], in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020). We keep order records only for as long as the law requires.
